Maldives Blue Force 3

Day 1 Saturday: MALE AIRPORT – EMBARKING ATOLL – SOUTH HEMISPHERE DIVING CRUISE
Arrival at Male Airport. Connecting flight from Male – Embarking atoll airport (Kooddoo or Gan). One of our staff members will be waiting for you at the airport. You will then get onto our auxiliary boat Dhoni for the transfer to MALDIVES BLUE FORCE for check-in, briefing of the liveaboard, route itinerary. Dinner onboard.

Day 2 to 7 Sunday to Friday: Dive in Laamu, Gaaf Alif, Foamulah & Addu. 3 dives a day, including 1 or 2 night dives in the week. Depending on the diving conditions, the number of daily dives can be modified, guaranteeing a total amount of 18 dives per week.

If the weather and logistics allow, we will have a BBQ lunch on a desert island and will visit a fishermen village. Last day arrival at Gan or Gaaf Atoll, cleaning of equipment, relax onboard.

Day 8 Saturday: DISEMBARKING ATOLL – MALE
During the morning disembark and domestic flight to Male (Schedule to be determined), Arrival at Male airport.

Day 1 Saturday: MALE AIRPORT – Arrival to MALE atoll- Cruise South Hemisphere (up):
Arrival at Male airport. Inmigration procedures. Luggage collecting. Transfer to take a domestic flight to Kooddoo. One of our staff members will be waiting for you at the airport. Transfer to MALDIVES BLUE FORCE ONE by dhoni. Assignment of cabins, briefing about the boat, diving, itinerary … and beginning of the cruise.

Day 2 to 7 Sunday to Friday: Dive in North Male, South Male, Vaavu, Meemu, Thaa, Laamu & Gaafu. 3 dives a day, including 1 or 2 night dives in the week. Depending on the diving conditions, the number of daily dives can be modified, guaranteeing a total amount of 18 dives per week.

If the weather and logistics allow, we will have a BBQ lunch on a desert island and will visit a fisherman village.

8th Saturday: Disembark at Male Airport at 07.00 am.

NOTE: These routes are only suitable for trained divers, dive sites are known for the very strong current and dives can be quite hard. So, we require at least 100 logged dives & nitrox certificate.

Desert islands and typical fishermen villages are also visited to discover and enjoy a bit more of the country and if the weather allows doing so we will even dine on a desert beach.
Although if you are looking to relax, you can enjoy the solarium and 2 Jacuzzis on board, kayak, Paddle SUP…
All this will make this cruise an excellent and unforgettable Great Dive Travel.

The normal itinerary goes by North and South Male Atolls, Vaavu and Ari.

Manta Ray Expedition:
DAY 1: August 9: MALE – CLASSICAL ROUTE & BAA ROUTE
Arrival in Male, customs process. A MALDIVES BLUE FORCE staff representative welcome at the airport. Transfer by dhoni to MALDIVES BLUE FORCE ONE. Welcome cocktail. Accommodation. Team and cruise General Presentation.
Days 2-6: CLASSICAL ROUTE & BAA ROUTE
The planned route goes over the North Male, South Male, Ari, Rasdhoo & Baa atolls. During the cruise, a 20-dive program for certified divers are developed (day and night dives & snorkeling in Hanifaru Bay) together with visits to pristine beaches and inhabited islands, snorkeling for non-divers, Kayak, paddle SUP.
Day 7: August 17, 2019: MALE
Disembark at the airport at 7.00 am. Optional day hotel booking (room not included. Includes shower, pool, and lunch). Depending on the scheduled flight booking, free time to visit Male, the Capital of The Maldives.

Saturday: MALE AIRPORT - MALDIVES BLUE FORCE 3

Arrival to Male Airport. Pass through inmigration. Pick up bags. Transfer to MALDIVES BLUE FORCE 3. Cabin assignment, boat briefing, itinerary... live aboard begins.

Sunday to Monday: LIVE ABOARD "BEST OF THE MALDIVES" ROUTE - 10 NIGHTS

Diving on the Atolls of Ari, Vaavu, Meemu, Thaa, Laamu, Gaafu Alifu, Gaafu Dhaalu, Fuvahmulah and Addu with an average 3 dives per day, including night dives. Depending on the diving conditions, the number of daily dives can vary, but we guarantee a total of 27 dives for this route.

We will combine diving with visits to the islands, sunset chillouts, kayaking, paddle boarding and relax time.

Last day arrivng rinsing dive gear and relaxing on board

Tuesday: ADDU ATOLL - MALE AIRPORT

Disembarking in the morning, to the airport of Gan. Flight from Addu to Male (flight times to be determined). Arrival at Male airport.

This route is only apt for experienced divers, hence the need to be at least an Advanced OW and have logged at least 100 dives (Nitrox mandatory)

Arrival at Male airport. Inmigration procedures. Luggage collecting. Transfer in dhoni to MALDIVES BLUE FORCE ONE. Assignment of cabins, briefing about the boat, diving, itinerary … and beginning of the cruise.

Day 2 to 7 Sunday to Friday: Diving in Laamu, Gaafu, Foamulah, and Addu. 3 dives each day, with 1 or 2 night dives a week. Depending on the diving conditions, the number of daily dives could be modified, guaranteeing a total of 18 dives per week.

Visits to islands in the afternoon (if there is no scheduled night dive). After dinner various activities in common or simply relax onboard, games, movies, karaoke, jacuzzi.

8th Saturday: Kooddoo. During the morning disembark and domestic flight to Male (Schedule to be determined).

When conditions allow, guests will enjoy snorkeling in the world - famous Hanifaru Bay -one of the best places on the planet to see manta rays—and an especially memorable night dive.
During the 10 and 11 night cruises, we will also add Noonu Atoll and possibly additional areas, always depending on conditions, Hanifaru Marine Park regulations and the decisions of the captain and cruise director.
